American Legion Welcomed in Cash Money Clash at Lake Ozark Speedway June 8th
Eldon, MO. (6/8/24) Strengthening the outreach with community members while highlighting the Midwest Sheet Metal Cash Money Dirt Late Model Series presented by Route 66 Truss Company return to “The Lake” in the headlining the Cash Money Clash on Saturday, June 8th; Lake Ozark Speedway is proud to welcome the American Legion Riders and the Sons of the American Legion from Zack Wheat Post 624 in Sunrise Beach Missouri.
Setting up a booth to promote the American Legion Riders and sell 50/50 raffle tickets, the American Legion Riders and Sons of the American Legion from Zack Wheat Post 624 of Sunrise Beach will also have on display a custom Willy’s 1942 WWII Jeep as well as Classic Corvette for pictures and nostalgia.
“The Sons and the Riders' mission is to aid veterans and their families in the Lake of the Ozarks area. The help they provide includes scholarships for students from the area high schools, sponsorship of ROTC activities, and financial and material support for veterans or their families in need, community outreach programs like this are significant to our mission” said John T Smiley of the American Legion Riders.
Sanctioned classes to compete at Lake Ozark Speedway on Saturday, June 8th are set to include the Clash Money Late Model Series as well as POWRi-sanctioned, Super Stock, B-Mod, Pure Stock, Midwest Mod, and Hornet divisions.

Entrants must be members to be eligible for the Speedy B’s POWRi Stock Mod presented by Luebbering Oil National Championship Chase year-end point fund and secondary medical insurance.
